LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY
Your sunglasses are fully covered with a replacement for life from any issues that are our fault such as a defect in manufacturing or craftsmanship. Damages not caused by defects in materials or workmanship including but not limited to: loss, theft, normal wear and tear, frame scratches, accidental damage, improper use and storage are not covered by this warranty.
Lenses are covered by a 1 year scratch warranty. If you scratch or damage your lenses within 1 year of purchasing, we will send you up to 1 pair of replacement lenses. This warranty only applies to the original purchase and not subsequent replacements. You also qualify for 20% off replacement lenses for life. 60 DAY RISK FREE TRY ON
We know how tricky it can be to find sunglasses online which is why we made the process incredibly simple and risk free with our best-in-class "Try On" policy. Gone are the days of wondering whether or not something will fit because testing is not only allowed, but encouraged! So go ahead, grab a pair and give 'em a test run knowing that we've got your back.
For 60 days after an order is delivered, the original purchaser is eligible:
- To return, replace or exchange any STNGR branded sunglass or lenses bought from an authorized STNGR Dealer, returned in the original condition, for any reason whatsoever. Need a different color? Don't like how the frame fits? Want to try a different style? We've got you covered!
- For free returns within the US
The SWARM Warranty only applies to purchases made on STNGR owned websites and Amazon. STNGR has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects under the Swarm Warranty. Providing the order number, pictures of the damage and/or returning the original pair of sunglasses may be required prior to any replacements being sent out. 60 days after delivery, refunds are only eligible for store credit.
