BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY 2020

Due to high order volume, it will take 1-5 business days for orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period to be fulfilled and to leave the fulfillment center for shipping. The estimated transit time begins after the order has been picked up by the shipping service (USPS or FedEx) and has left the fulfillment center. This means that it may take 1-5 business days after order placement before you are emailed a tracking number. 


Below are the shipping policies provided by USPS, FedEx, and UPS for their specific services. The following estimated delivery times apply to orders shipping within the United States. *See note below about international orders.

FedEx Service Estimated Transit Time After Shipment Price Notes

FedEx 2-Day

Per FedEx: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

An additional business day may be required for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

FedEx Priority Overnight

Per FedEx: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. to some rural or remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Deliveries to and from select ZIP codes in Alaska and Hawaii may differ from stated delivery times in the contiguous U.S. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii, please see FedEx Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Service Estimated Transit Time After Shipment Price Notes

UPS Ground

Delivery in 1-5 business days.

The free shipping option for packs/bags or order totals over 2 lbs.

Available through the lower 48 US states.

UPS Next Day Air

Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.

Important Notes

 

  • UPS and FedEx only process packages on business days (Monday-Friday), but are able to deliver on Saturday if supported by the package destination. The day that your package ships is not included as a day in transit (Example: If a package ships Friday evening via FedEx 2-Day, it will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon).
  • FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO boxes so all orders with a PO box as the delivery address will be shipped through USPS - even if FedEx or UPS is selected at checkout.
  • Orders over 2/LBS within the lower 48 US states will be shipped with UPS and via USPS outside of the lower 48 US states.
  • We reserve the right to select the shipping service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) with equivalent delivery time when free shipping is chosen at checkout.
  • Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer controlled by STNGR and is in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have control over carrier delays or late shipments, however, we will work with you to get your package delivered to you.
  • Once packages have been delivered, neither STNGR nor the shipping service can be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use the tracking information to monitor the delivery of the package and arrange for it to be brought inside as soon as it is delivered to avoid the possibility of loss or theft. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your residence first and then check with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. If it is still unable to be located, please call the shipment service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to get in touch with the driver who delivers your packages and ask if they remember where they delivered the package.

*For orders shipping outside of the United States (international orders), either USPS or FedEx will be used as the shipping service, depending on the shipping location and the transit time. We will work to obtain the fastest transit time for you, but we cannot guarantee the standard estimated delivery times listed in the tables above due to variable processing times at customs.
