Below are the shipping policies provided by USPS, FedEx, and UPS for their specific services.

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Per FedEx: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

An additional business day may be required for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

Per FedEx: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. to some rural or remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

The free shipping option for packs/bags or order totals over 2 lbs.

UPS Next Day Air

Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.

Important Notes

 

  • UPS and FedEx process packages on business days (Monday-Friday), but are able to deliver on Saturday if supported by the package destination. The day that your package ships is not included as a day in transit (Example: If a package ships Friday evening via FedEx 2-Day, it will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon).
  • FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO boxes so all orders with a PO box as the delivery address will be shipped through USPS - even if FedEx or UPS is selected at checkout.
  • Orders over 2/LBS within the lower 48 US states will be shipped with UPS and via USPS outside of the lower 48 US states.
  • We reserve the right to select the shipping service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) with equivalent delivery time when free shipping is chosen at checkout.
  • Please use the tracking information to monitor the delivery of the package and arrange for it to be brought inside as soon as it is delivered to avoid the possibility of loss or theft. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your residence first and then check with or leave a note with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. If you live at an apartment complex, please check with the front office or the package center. If it is still unable to be located, please call the shipment service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to get in touch with the driver who delivers your packages and ask if they remember where they delivered the package. Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer controlled by STNGR and is in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have control over lost or stolen packages, but we will work with you and the shipping service to get your package delivered to you.
