ALPINE VS RIDGE - WHICH IS BEST FOR YOU?

BY MONIQUE PAGES - MARCH 18, 2020

One of the most common questions we get asked is about the similarities and differences between the Ridge and Alpine. So that’s what we’re going to cover today.

Differences Between the Alpine and the Ridge

1) The first difference between the 2 models is the size. The Alpine is smaller than the Ridge and is best suited if you have a hat size between 7 to 7 ⅜ (think small to medium). The Ridge is slightly larger and is best suited for those with a hat size of 7 ½ - 7 ¾ (think medium to large).

2) The second difference is the nose pad. The Alpine features an adjustable nose piece while the Ridge offers a close fit style nose pad.

3) The 3rd difference is the temples. The Ridge offers temples that slightly curve towards the back while the Alpine use straight temples.
